Rokkaku Authentic Japanese Cuisine

Rokkaku is the sister restaurant of Tokyo's renowned Yukimura and is a modern version of traditional Kyoto teahouse cuisine. PVA's design of Rokkaku combines high tech and modern materials with aspects of traditional Kyoto architectural design. The restaurant is lauded by the Honolulu Star Bulletin as "a masterpiece of modern design."
The project won the AIA Honolulu 2006 Award of Excellence and the AIA Honolulu 2006 Member's Choice Award.
